TailorBall’s founder, Antonio Silva, lived most of his life between Germany, where he grew up, Portugal, where he was born, and Argentina. After 20 years of working across these three geographies, he relocated to Lisbon to set up his own, boutique agency, where he gathered his favourite people under his wing.

Antonio’s dedication to the Portuguese terroir, from the northern to the southern tip and isles, his never-ending knowledge of its hidden wonders and resources, and his endless drive for excellence, make his team the best possible hosts to discover this sun and sea bathed country, full of history, traditions, and culture.

Antonio has a lifetime of experience in high-end Business Tourism, especially, but not exclusively in MICE.

His personal vision of uniquely crafted, co-designed, detail-oriented experiences allowed him to produce staggering, award-winning solutions for iconic brands.

Antonio worked with industry-leading agencies, distinguishing himself for long-lasting relationships with the greater names in sports, including luxury sports cars, mythic football clubs, legendary fashion brands, world-renowned tech giants and some of the worlds’ most recognised cultural and financial institutions.

Whether it is excellence in MICE, Brand Activation, a Product Launch, a totally bespoke travelling experience or a once in a life-time event, Antonio’s creative, consultative team, are zealous, creative, and tirelessly resourceful in transforming a vision into reality.
